Shelbyville Christian Fellowship

We are a group of believers from a variety of backgrounds who are committed to putting the teachings of Jesus into practice in our everyday lives. As Jesus taught, we are in the world but not of it (John 17:16). What draws us together is a shared desire to glorify God by living lives of service—pointing others to our Lord and Savior (2 Corinthians 6:2).

Take Time for What Matters Most
In a world that often rushes past the things of God, we seek to slow down and diligently study His Word. Scripture tells us that God is a rewarder of those who earnestly seek Him, and we’ve found that to be true.
"And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come.

And whosoever will,

let him take the water of life freely.
-Romans 12:2

Sunday Services

Sunday services begin at 9:30 AM. Our goal and desire is to worship the Lord and encourage one another in the faith

Our time together begins with singing and prayer, followed by a shared focus on the Scriptures—through reading, preaching, and teaching of God’s Holy Word. These services are meant to strengthen our walk with Christ and draw our hearts in reverence toward the One who gave Himself for us.

We currently meet in the home of one of our church brothers, so don’t be surprised if you arrive at a private residence…

A Life of Surrender

Because He First Loved Us

Have you ever considered the incredible love God has shown to us, even in our sin? Christ bore the pain, the shame, and the suffering on our behalf. Because of His great sacrifice, Scripture calls us to follow in His footsteps and lay down our lives for the sake of His Kingdom.

Does your life reflect this kind of surrender?
